Why do I have missing Accounts/Credit Cards?

Here are some possible reasons you may have missing accounts or credit cards in the Security Bank Online (SB Online):

  1. The account is ineligible because it is tagged as a non-individual account. Please contact our Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8887-9188 or visit any Security Bank branch for resolution.
  2. Your account does not exist in our records yet. This typically happens with newly opened accounts. Your account will become eligible for online banking enrollment/activation one banking day after the account opening.
