While both online banking platforms allow access to your account/s, they function independently of each other, and all scheduled transactions defined in both versions will be processed.
Please delete the scheduled transaction in the previous version to avoid duplication.
If you are still getting debited twice for some other reason, please report it immediately using our Help Form.
