How do I Contact Security Bank’s Customer Service via Chat?

If you need real-time assistance, you can get help from our Security Bank's Virtual Customer Advisor or ask to speak to a live agent by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the app. On your homescreen/dashboard, click the headset icon.
  2. On the Help & Support page, click on "Chat with us".
  3. A pop up with the Data Privacy will show on screen. Tap "Continue" to go to the next screen and start chatting!
