To view Security Bank's Case Status Inquiry:
- Log in to app. On your homescreen/dashboard, tap the headset icon.
- On the Help & Support Page, tap on "Case Status Inquiry".
- Fill up our secured webform using your Case ID and Last name to check the latest status on your case.
