Yes, you should receive an OTP through your mobile number under the following conditions:

• Your mobile number (whether it's local or international) is registered in our records.
• Roaming is activated on your mobile number.

You can also approve your web login using the following methods:

Method 1: Click the prompt sent to the all-new app. Ensure that you have strong internet connection. 

Method 2: Generate an Offline OTP using the all-new app.

1. Open the all-new Security Bank app.
2. On the pre-login screen, click “Offline Soft Token”.
3. Click on “Generate Offline OTP”.
4. Authenticate using FaceID/biometrics or your Transaction PIN.
5. Your 6-digit Offline OTP will now display. Tap on “Done” once you've used the pin to authenticate your web login.
