If you did not receive your OTP, check the following:
1. Confirm that your registered mobile number is active and correct. The last four digits of your registered number appear on the OTP verification screen. If incorrect, contact your company administrator.
2. Use the Resend OTP option on the login or transaction verification screen to request a new code.
