What Do I Do If My Everyday ATM Debit Mastercard Gets Lost or Stolen?

Immediately inform us of the lost or stolen privilege card by calling the Customer Service Hotline at (02) 888-791-88. You may also go to any branch to have your card replaced. A card replacement fee of P150 will be charged.
