Why can’t I log in to the all-new Security Bank app?

If you are having difficulties logging in, here are a few scenarios that may be applicable to you:

  • Your account is locked due to multiple incorrect login attempts. You may try again after the indicated lock period has passed.
  • You forgot your password. 
    • You may select the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen of the application.
    • Input your registered account and account information to the fields provided to reset your password.
  • You may be encountering internet connectivity issues.
