There is no validation if the account number belongs to the account name provided for transfers to Other Banks, but there's validation on whether the account number follows the format for that bank (i.e., 10 digits for a BPI account, etc.)
Does the system validate if the beneficiary name entered belongs to the account number provided during transaction initiation?
