The system does not validate the account status upon initiation of a transfer. The company will know if the account being transferred to is invalid/closed/dormant through the transactional reply of the RFI (Receiving Financial Institution).
Does the system validate if the beneficiary account from another bank being transferred to is Active and not Closed/Dormant?
