A flat fee of PHP 10 applies to each InstaPay transfer to other banks or e-money wallets.

What types of accounts are eligible for InstaPay transfers?

Only Peso-denominated savings and current accounts can send or receive funds via InstaPay. Foreign currency accounts and GoalSetter savings are not eligible.

Will I be notified if my InstaPay transaction is successful?

Yes. You’ll receive two notifications:

• Confirmation when your transaction is submitted for processing
• Success notification (via email and in-app) after the funds are credited to the recipient

What is the maximum amount I can transfer via InstaPay?

You can transfer up to PHP 50,000 per transaction and PHP 100,000 per day via InstaPay using the Security Bank app.

How many InstaPay transfers can I make per day?

You can make multiple InstaPay transfers per day. However, the total amount you can transfer daily is subject to your account’s daily limit for security purposes.
