What should I do if I do not receive my Statement of Account?

For your physical Statement of Account (SOA), please ensure that your delivery address is up to date in our records. If you need to update your contact information, you can do so by filling out our online form here. Please note that Cashback Platinum cardholders are not issued a Physical SOA.

Alternatively, you can access your eSOA through:

  • Security Bank online (SB Online)
  • eStatement of Account (eSOA) sent to your registered email addss. You can enroll in eSOA via online webform here or our Customer Service Hotline. Once enrolled, please check your eSOA in your junk or spam folders and make sure that your mailbox has enough space to receive these notifications.
