I didn’t receive a salary credit notification. What should I do?

  • Check your transaction history in the app to confirm that your salary was credited. 
  • If the credit is there but you didn’t get a notification, try logging out and logging back in to refresh the app. 
  • If you still don’t see a notification, contact our support team for assistance.
