I Want to Enroll My Bank Account to Security Bank Online

In light of the COVID-19 Enhanced Community Quarantine, we’re giving you a new way of enrolling your bank account to Security Bank Online without going to the branch to submit your application form. Don’t worry, it’s fast and easy!

You can activate your bank account in two ways: 1. Through an online enrollment form or 2. Through enrollment PIN. Read our step-by-step guide below:

Through Online Enrollment Form


1. Go to Security Bank Online page

2. Click ‘Not Yet Enrolled? Enroll now!’

3. Click ‘Bank Accounts’

4. Tick ‘Complete enrollment form and take note of your application reference number’

5. Click ‘I have read, fully understand and agree with Security Bank Online T&C’ and click ‘Submit’

6. Fill out the Digital Form

7. Get your Reference Number

8. Wait for SMS or Email Notification

Don’t forget to activate your SBOL request within 30 days. Beyond this, you’ll need to enroll your account again.

Through Enrollment PIN


You can also activate your enrollment through enrollment PIN. See the step-by-step guide below:

1. Go to Security Bank Online page

2. Click ‘Not Yet Enrolled? Enroll now!’

3. Click ‘Bank Accounts’

4. Tick ‘Activate your enrollment through enrollment PIN ‘

5. Enter your Account Number and PIN you received via SMS

6. Click ‘I have read, fully understand and agree with Security Bank Online T&C’ and click ‘Submit’

7. Get your Reference Number

8. Wait for SMS or Email Notification

Don’t forget to activate your SBOL request within 30 days. Beyond this, you’ll need to enroll your account again.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Did not receive your enrollment approval? It may be because your mobile number and email address did not match with our system.
  2. How can I update my contact details? Email the reference number to myrequest@securitybank.com.ph and you will receive a link to the Customer Request form. Complete the form, attach your 1 photo-bearing valid ID and send it back to myrequest@securitybank.com.ph
  3. What if I don’t have a home phone number? You can put your mobile number instead in it.
