Why haven't I received any emails regarding the migration?

Your company’s registered email addresses in Digibanker may be outdated or inactive. To update them:

  1. System Administrators should submit a signed Letter of Instruction (LOI) to your Relationship Manager.
  2. Non-System Administrator users can have their details updated directly in Digibanker by a System Administrator.

Once updated, users will begin receiving timely advisories regarding the migration.
