Why haven't I received any emails regarding the migration?

Your company's registered emails in DigiBanker may no longer be active. To update the email addresses, follow the steps below:

  1. For System Administrators, please submit a duly signed LOI to your branch of account 
  2. For Non-System Administrator users, your System Administrator users update the enrollment details in DigiBanker.

Once updated, your users should begin receiving up to date advisories about the migration.
