How do I know if my enrolled users in DigiBanker are eligible for migration?

Eligible users for migration from Digibanker to Security Bank Business must meet the following criteria:

1. Non-System Administrative Users 
(Users created by System Administrative users in Digibanker)

- Must have attempted to log in to Digibanker at leased once in the past 6 months.  
- Must have the following enrollment details defined in Digibanker: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Country Code, Mobile Number, Role Name, Authorisation Level, Product. Users with ""Null"" values in any of these fields will not be eligible.
- Email address must follow the standard email format. 
- Mobile number must follow the allowed character length for the defined country code. 
- Must not share the same email address and mobile number with a user from another company. 
- If a user shares the same email address and mobile number with another user within the same company, they will only be eligible for migration if their first name and last name are exactly the same. (Example: If ""Juan dela Cruz"" and ""Juan D.L. Cruz"" share the same email address and mobile number, they will not be migrated because their names do not exactly match)

2. System-Administrative Users
(Users defined in the Customer Information Form during enrollment

- Must have the following enrollment details defined in Digibanker: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Country Code, Mobile Number, Role Name, Authorisation Level. Users with ""Null"" values in any of these fields will not be eligible.
- Email address must follow the standard email format. 
- Mobile number must follow the allowed character length for the defined country code. 
- Must not share the same email address and mobile number with a user from another company. 
- If a user shares the same email address and mobile number with another user within the same company, they will only be eligible for migration if their first name and last name are exactly the same. (Example: If ""Juan dela Cruz"" and ""Juan D.L. Cruz"" share the same email address and mobile number, they will not be migrated because their names do not exactly match)

Note: We will notify you once your exact migration schedule has been finalized. In the meantime, please review and update your company’s DigiBanker user records to ensure they meet the criteria above. This will help ensure a smooth transition to Security Bank Enterprise.
