How do I know if my enrolled users in DigiBanker is eligible for migration?

To be eligible for migration from DigiBanker to Security Bank Enterprise, users must meet the following criteria:

1. Non-System Administrative Users
(Users created by System Administrative users in DigiBanker)

  • Must have logged in to DigiBanker at least once in the past 6 months
  • Must have complete enrollment details: 
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Country code
    • Mobile number
    • Role name
    • Authorization level
    • Product
  • Email address must follow standard format
  • Mobile number must meet character length requirements based on country code
  • Must not share email address or mobile number with users from another company
  • If shared within the same company, first and last name must match exactly (e.g., “Juan dela Cruz” ≠ “Juan D.L. Cruz”, thus these users are not eligible for migration)

2. System Administrative Users
(Users defined in the Customer Information Form during enrollment)

  • Must have complete enrollment details: 
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Country code
    • Mobile number
    • Role name
  • Email address must follow standard format
  • Mobile number must meet character length requirements based on country code
  • Must not share email address or mobile number with users from another company
  • If shared within the same company, first and last name must match exactly (Refer to above example)

Note: We will notify you once your company’s migration schedule is finalized. In the meantime, please review and update your DigiBanker user records to ensure they meet the criteria above for a smooth transition.
