The feature is available 24/7, exclusively on the Security Bank app. However, processing of Goal opening and Goal closure requests is only available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. Requests received outside this window will be considered transactions of the next banking day.
For new Goals opened between 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m., your account balance may temporarily appear as “Unavailable” while your account is being prepared. You may check the app again at a later time.
