To close a GoalSetter account with zero remaining balance: 

1. Log in to the Security Bank app. Select the Goal you want to close. 

2. From the account details screen, go to Manage and tap Close Goal. 

3. A pop-up confirmation message will appear, tap Yes, proceed to confirm the action. 

4. Enter your Transaction PIN. 

5. After the successful closure, a transaction receipt will appear. 

To close a GoalSetter account with remaining balance: 

1. Log in to the Security Bank app. Select the Goal account you want to close. 

2. In the account details screen, go to Manage and tap Close Goal. 

3. A pop-up confirmation message will appear, tap Close Goal to confirm the action. 

4. Select the preferred destination account where your remaining balance will be transferred to and tap Next. 

5. Enter your 6-digit Transaction PIN. 

6. After the successful closure, a transaction receipt will appear. 

Note: GoalSetter accounts may be viewed via web browser, but the full feature can only be accessed from the mobile app.
