Web 
Click on your profile icon from the top right corner of the dashboard 
Select Profile Settings 
Go to the Security Settings section 
Click Change Password 
Enter your current password, new password, and confirm it 
You will be asked to authenticate depending on your setup 
Once verified, you’ll see a success message 
You will be redirected to the Login Page after clicking Continue to log in

App 
Using your mobile application, click on your avatar from the upper right section of your dashboard 
Go to Profile Settings 
Tap Change Password 
Enter and confirm your new password (follow on-screen requirements) 
Tap Save Password 
Authenticate to proceed 
Tap Continue to log in and use your new password
