If you wish to change your SB Online details, you can file a request via our Customer Information Update (CIU) webform here,
After submitting your request, please allow 3 banking days for your updated contact details to be reflected. Please keep in mind that once the processing is successful, your SB Online and selected accounts in the customer information update web form, including your bank/deposit account, credit card, or both, will also be updated accordingly.
For transactions that require you to receive a One-Time PIN (OTP), such as Online Purchases, the update will require an additional banking day to implement.
