What can I expect during the migration process?

During the migration, please take note of the following:

  1. Updated Terms and Conditions 
    New terms and conditions will take effect upon migration. You may view them here: 
    www.securitybank.com/apps/enterprise/terms-and-conditions/
  2. Client migration eligibility 
    Only companies with complete and valid DigiBanker records will be migrated. Check your company's eligibility here: How do I know if my enrolled company in DigiBanker is eligible for migration?
  3. Merging of duplicate user records
    Users within your company with duplicate email and mobile details will be merged into one profile. Ensure unique records by November 2025 if separate profiles are needed. 
  4. System Administrator sign-off on users 
    System Administrators of eligible companies will review functional users and merged profiles via the new platform. Only one System Administrator is required to confirm the changes.

For further announcements, please expect advisories via email from Security Bank Enterprise. Updates will also be sent via email to your company's enrolled System Administrators on the status of your company's migration.
