Eligible companies for migration from Digibanker to Security Bank Business must meet the following criteria:

1. The company must have two eligible System Administrative users and at least one eligible Non-System Administrative user in Digibanker. To check if your company's users are eligible, please refer to <link for FAQ on user eligibility>

2. Company must have at least one enrolled product linked to at least one active account number and user.

Note: We will notify you once your exact migration schedule has been finalized. In the meantime, please review and update your company’s DigiBanker user records to ensure they meet the criteria above. This will help ensure a smooth transition to Security Bank Business.
