To enroll in the Security Bank Online (SB Online), please go to SB Online and follow the steps below:
1. Select your account type from the list:
- Savings Account
- Checking Account
- Credit Card
- Investment
- Time Deposit
2. Enter the account number you want to enroll (16 numeric characters only).
3. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your mobile number.
4. Create your preferred username and password.
5. Click "Submit."
Once enrolled, you should be able to immediately access your account on Security Bank Online (SB Online) via a web browser or mobile app.
To download the app, search for Security Bank online (blue icon) in the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.
NOTES:
- For users of the previous version, your old Security Bank login details. will not work with the Security Bank Online (SB Online). You will need to enroll again using the method above.
- Please ensure that your contact details are updated before enrolling in SB Online. If you need to update your contact details with us, you can file a request via our Customer Information Update (CIU) webform here.
Once your contact info is updated, please wait 1 banking day before enrolling in Security Bank Online (SB Online).
