Reporting a trip abroad allows the bank to monitor unusual transactions made by the client. It also prevents unwanted declined transactions and possible card blocking due to pre-set fraud parameters.
To report your upcoming trip abroad:
- Log in to the all-new Security Bank app. From your dashboard, select the card account that you plan to use abroad.
- Select the “Manage” tab.
- Go to “Manage Trip Abroad” and enter the details of your upcoming travel.
