If you didn’t receive your OTP, you may check the following:
a. Verify that your registered mobile number is active and correct. The last 4 digits of your registered mobile number is displayed on the OTP verification screen. If incorrect, please reach out to your company administrator for proper support.
b. You may also use the “Resend OTP” option on your login or transaction verification screen to request a new one-time password.
