Forgetting your passwords is really one of the most annoying situations in life.

Great thing that with Security Bank Digibanker Portal, you can reset your lost/forgotten password seamlessly. Just follow the procedures listed below:

 1. Log in to sbcdigibanker.securitybank.com/portal

2. Enter Company ID and User ID, then click Login.

3. Click Forgot Password.

4. Re-enter Company ID and User ID, then click Submit.

5. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to user’s registered mobile number. Enter the OTP, then click Submit

6. Enter new password and re-enter the same in Confirm Password, then click Submit.
a. Password should be 6-12 character
b. Password should contain at least one letter and one number

7. A confirmation message will appear if password is successfully changed. Login again using new password.
