How will I know if my account has already been migrated to the new platform?

VIP Customer
Your enrolled DigiBanker users will receive a welcome email with their new login credentials, which they can use to access Security Bank Business at: business.securitybank.com/login 
A training officer will also reach out to your System Administrator users to schedule a training session for your company.

NON-VIP Customers 
Your enrolled DigiBanker users will receive a Welcome email containing their new login credentials. These credentials can be used to access Security Bank Business at: business.securitybank.com/login 

Please remember:

  • Never share your OTP, username, password, or any personal information.
  • Always monitor your SMS and email alerts. If you notice any suspicious activity, immediately lock your access or change your password.
