I Want to Request Bank Services via Text or Email

Good news! We’ve made it easier to avail our bank services. This means that you don’t need to visit the branch or call us for the following:

  • Reordering your checkbook
  • Replacing your ATM Card
  • Requesting for new PIN
  • Requesting for Bank Certification

Simply text your request with the following details:

Reorder your checkbook

  • Account no.
  • Account Name
  • Preferred Branch

Replace your ATM Card

  • Account no.
  • Account Name
  • Preferred Branch

Request for new PIN

  • Account no.
  • Account Name
  • Preferred Branch

Request for Bank Certification

  • Account no.
  • Account Name
  • Addressee
  • Purpose
  • Preferred Branch

And send it to (0925) 525 7695 or (0917) 574 9134 or email your requests to myrequest@securitybank.com.ph

Here’s a few things to remember:

  1. We will process your requests within the same banking day if you request on weekdays during banking hours (9AM to 5PM).
  2. We will process your requests on the next banking day if you request after banking hours, on weekends or during holidays.
