I entered an incorrect Transaction Pin / OTP multiple times and now my account is locked, what do I do?

In case your account is locked, you may try again after the indicated period has passed.

If you forgot your password, you may also select the “Forget password” option on the login screen of the application. Input your registered account and account information to the fields provided to reset your password.
