Major changes are found in the clauses below, but we ask that you read through the entire Terms and Conditions for complete context:  

a.    Acceptance

Clients who do not agree with the revised terms and conditions have the right to exit the contract without penalty provided that such right is exercised within thirty (30) days from receipt of individual notice or thirty (30) days from issuance of public notice.

b.    Information

Information on any of your accounts shall be deemed to be correct unless the Bank receives written notice to the contrary from you within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of your statements for deposit accounts and within seventy-five (75) calendar days from the statement date for credit cards.

c.    Marketing Activities

If you wish to no longer receive any offers or be removed from our marketing or cross-selling list, you may contact us at our 24/7 Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8887-9188 or (Toll-free for PLDT Hotline) 1-800-1-888-1250 or send an email to customercare@securitybank.com.ph.

d.    Inquiries and Complaints

The client shall report their concerns about Security Bank Online (SB Online) through any of the following channels:
