Here are some possible reasons you have missing accounts/credit cards in Security Bank Online beta:
a. The account is not eligible because it is tagged as a non-individual account. You may contact customer support or visit an SBC branch to resolve this.
b. Your current mobile number or email address is not updated with us. Since you will activate your account via OTP sent via SMS or activation link sent via email, you will need to update your contact information with us. You can do it online here: https://www.securitybank.com/customer-information-update/
c. Your account does not yet exist in our records. This typically happens for newly opened accounts. Your account will be eligible for online banking enrollment/activation 1 banking day after account opening.
