Why am I not receiving my OTP or SMS notifications?

Here are some possible reasons why you’re not receiving OTP or SMS notifications:

a. There may be a telco-related issue in your area. Please try to find better reception or try again during non-peak hours.

b. Your current mobile number is not updated with us. Since you will activate your account via OTP sent via SMS or activation link sent via email, you will need to update your contact information with us. You can do it online here: https://www.securitybank.com/customer-information-update/

c. If all of the above does not apply to you but you’re still encountering an error, please report this as a bug: https://www.securitybank.com/online-banking/help/feedback/
