Here are some possible reasons why your email activation link or email notifications:
a. There may be a telco-related issue in your area. Please try to find better reception or try again during non-peak hours.
b. The email might have gone to your email client’s spam filter. Double check if it’s there.
c. You might be using a secured email client which is blocking the email from our system. Please contact your system administrator to resolve this issue.
d. Your current mobile number or email address is not updated with us. Since you will activate your account via OTP sent via SMS or activation link sent via email, you will need to update your contact information with us.
