1. Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. 
2. Fill out the required information and then choose a recovery method.
3. You can either verify via OTP (sent via SMS) or via email link.
4. Click submit.
5. Verify password reset via OTP or click the link sent via email.
6. Nominate a new password.
