Great news! Please be advised that you may now activate your credit card and inquire your credit card balances via SMS.

SMS Credit Card Activation

Activating your credit card just got easier via SMS. Simply text the following using your registered mobile number:

SBCARDS [space] ACTIVATE [space] Birthday [mmddyy] /ExpiryDate(mmyy)/ <last four digits of your card number> and send to 2086 for Globe & TM Subscribers and 4629 for SMART & TNT Subscribers.

Example: SBCARDS ACTIVATE 052274/1223/6813

Simply text the following keywords using your registered mobile number:

Outstanding Balance Inquiry:
SB[space]OB[space]last 4 digits of your card number and send to 2086 for Globe & TM Subscribers and 4629 for SMART & TNT Subscribers.

Example: SB OB 6813

Total Amount Due and Minimum Amount Due Inquiry:
SB[space]TADMAD[space]last 4 digits of your card number and send to 2086 for Globe & TM Subscribers and 4629 for SMART & TNT Subscribers.

Example: SB TADMAD 6813

Available Credit Limit Inquiry:
SB[space]ACL[space]last 4 digits of your card number and send to 2086 for Globe & TM Subscribers and 4629 for SMART & TNT Subscribers.

Example: SB ACL 6813
