To receive an eGiveCash (eGC) from someone, please follow the steps below:

Via website:
1.    Login to the Security Bank Online (SB Online).
2.    Click “Payment & Transfer” under the menu and choose “Transfer Funds” and select “From eGiveCash to your account.”
3.    Select your destination account under “To".
4.    Fill out the transaction details and eGC password.
5.    Double-check your transaction details, and then click "Submit."

Via app:
1.    Login to the Security Bank Online (SB Online) app.
2.    Go to your Accounts Dashboard.
3.    Click "Transfer" and choose the "RECEIVE EGIVE" tab below the main transfer menu.
4.    Select your destination account under "Recipient Account.”
5.    Fill out the transaction details and eGC password.
6.    Double-check your transaction details, and then click “Submit.”
