The amount for a mortgage depends on the location of the Registry of Deeds (RD) and the mortgage amount. Clients can inquire from the RD stated on the first page of TCT/CCT. However, for reference purposes (unofficial), the RD uses the following computation based on RPT:
Mortgage amount X 10% = Amount from RD Table
