To load your prepaid mobile number or send load to others with the Security Bank Online (SB Online), please follow the steps below:  

Via website:
1.    Login to the Security Bank Online (SB Online).
2.    Click “Payment & Transfer” under the menu and choose “Reload Mobile.”
3.    Select your source account under “From" and your destination account under "To."
4.    Fill out the transaction details and select a scheduling option.
5.    Double-check your transaction details, and then click "Submit."
6.    Provide the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

Via app:
1.    Login to the Security Bank Online (SB Online) app.
2.    Open your Accounts Dashboard.
3.    Click on "Mobile Reload."
4.    Select the source account to charge the reload under "Source Account" and enter the mobile reload recipient under "Mobile Load Recipient."
5.    Double-check your transaction details, and then click "Submit."
6.    Provide the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
