To send an eGiveCash (eGC), please follow the steps below:

Via website:
1.    Login to the Security Bank Online (SB Online) 
2.    Click “Payment & Transfer,” and choose “Transfer Funds,” and select “To a mobile number (via eGiveCash).”
3.    Select your source account under “From" and your destination account under "To."
4.    Fill out the transaction details and select a scheduling option.
5.    Double-check your transaction details, and then click "Confirm."
6.    Provide the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

Via app:
1.    Login to the Security Bank Online (SB Online) app.
2.    Go to your Accounts Dashboard.
3.    Click "Transfer" and choose the "EGIVE CASH" tab below the main transfer menu.
4.    Select your source account under "Transfer Funds From" and specify your eGC recipient under "Transfer Funds to."
5.    Fill out the transaction details and select a scheduling option.
6.    Double-check your transaction details, and then click "Submit."
7.    Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
