For Metro Manila residents, document pickup is available at our Security Bank Head Office at 2F Security Land Center Bldg. 6797 Ayala corner Rufino, Makati City. Your documents will be held at our provincial hubs for those outside Metro Manila, as indicated in the email notification, along with contact information for assistance and additional release requirements.

Should you wish to pick up documents at your preferred branch, kindly note that by choosing this option, the Bank is held free from any liability resulting in the loss of documents during transit. If you prefer to claim it at the branch, you may provide the following information once you receive an email release notice:

•    Name of Branch
•    Address of Branch
•    Recipient of collateral document/s

Additionally, we suggest you claim the documents within 6 months of receiving the release notice. Failure to do so may result in the need to reprocess your clearance, causing further delays before the documents can be released.
