My Auto Loan is fully paid. How can I request for the release of my collateral documents?

You may request for the release of your original collateral documents through the following official bank channels:

1.    Online on our official website  

1.    First, go to Loans Services. Then, choose the option Loan Document Request and click Next.  
2.    On the next page, carefully read the information provided and select all the tick boxes if you agree. Click Next to proceed.
3.    Fill in the necessary information on the Loan Document Request page. Under the Type of Document section, select Release of Collateral
4.    Provide your contact information and complete the request by clicking I’m not a robot and then Submit. 
5.    Expect to receive an email at your registered email address within 1 banking day for your request.


2.    via our customer service hotline

You may contact our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at +632 8887-9188, 1-800-1-888-1250 (Toll-free for PLDT landline).

For loans booked from 2018 onwards, the request for release is free of charge. However, for loans booked in 2017 or earlier, there is an expected processing fee of Php 700. Please be assured that you will receive an email notification with instructions on when and how to pick up your documents.

3.    On email

To send your request, please send an email to consumerloans@securitybank.com.ph with the following information below;

Email Subject: REQUEST for AUTO LOAN Collateral Release

•    Account Name
•    PN Number
•    Last full payment date
•    Maturity date
•    Updated Mobile or Landline Number
•    Alternate Mobile or Landline Number (if available)

4.    At the branch

Simply visit any of our Security Bank branches, and our Security Bankers are more than happy to assist you.
